About Us…
Woodbridge Township has always
had tremendous track and field athletes but they always leave for other towns to train and get better. This is the first program of its kind in Woodbridge Township that is dedicated to building faster stronger athletes in a group setting. The program involves creating a base that can be molded to fit the athlete’s goals and capabilities. To excel in this environment, the athletes have to always believe in being excellent, and embrace the work that will get them there. You are stronger than you think.
Linear speed is the basis for all movement skills. There are several components to linear speed depending upon the sport. Linear speed involves acceleration, max velocity, speed maintenance, and endurance. Speed training can also involve improved strength, agility, injury prevention, and an increase in longevity of performance.
